This project was commissioned by an undisclosed client mid 2018, and currently still under development. The following images are early design proposal I've made. The owner had bought a yacht and I was ordered to design the interior. The vessel is a 32m catamaran. Every furniture pieces shown in this project were made specifically for this project.
In the dining area, I was experimenting with the idea of interiority and the idea of space within space; area that was bound not physically, but with a distinct difference in atmosphere.
Albeit the exterior of this yacht was already exist, I take the liberty to recolor it to a more elegant dark grey shade with a white lining to accentuate the bodyline.
