The objective of this project is to create a contemporary souvenir from Florence. As arguably the most popular statue , it’s hard to not associate Michelangelo’s David with the city it resides. Combining the statue with contemporary style of the currently happening POP! toys which mostly sporting pop culture character such as marvel’s superheroes, Star Wars characters, or many others, it’s an interesting idea to merge it with this renaissance icon.
